Dr. Batistel’s research program develops effective strategies for feeding ruminant animals, allowing for efficient production, and mitigating environmental impact. Her current research interest involves the effects of dietary fatty acids on fiber digestion and rumen fermentation and the impact of nutrients on fetal programming.
