Jordan Moor is a PhD student at UF in the Food and Resource Economics department with an interest in fisheries and aquaculture. Recent research in these areas include aquaculture production risk modeling and fisheries network analysis.

Bachir Kassas

Dr. Kassas's research is focused on applying experimental methods to study individual and consumer behavior. His main areas of interest include individual health-related behavior, consumer preferences and willingness-to-pay for novel product attributes, preference elicitation mechanisms, and prosocial behavior.

Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer Johnson is the Program Assistant with the Food Systems Institute and works on organizational and administrative tasks, communications, event planning, and social media management.
Jennifer joined the Food Systems Institute shortly after receiving her Masters Degree in Sustainable Development Practice and minor in Agricultural Education and Communication at the University of Florida.
